She plays a key role in advocating for and guiding clients in cases across the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, National Company Law Tribunals (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Debt Recovery Tribunals, and numerous other courts, judicial bodies and tribunals throughout India. Known for her thorough strategy and astute legal expertise, she has skilfully represented and advised clients and instrumental in preparing legal documents. Prior to her role at Gravitas Legal, Akanksha served as an Associate in the chambers of Mr. Virender Ganda, Senior Advocate. She earned her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School, Delhi, GGSIPU in 2019. Thereafter she completed her L.L.M. in Corporate and Finance Laws from O.P. Jindal University in the year 2025.
