Rajeev is empaneled as an arbitrator with the Indian Council of Arbitration and holds the position of Additional Standing Counsel for the Government of NCT of Delhi.

His expertise extends to mediation, having handled over 500 mediation matters. Before joining Gravitas Legal, Rajeev managed R.A. Law Co for 20 years, a multi-dimensional firm he co-founded. As the Managing Partner, he served as a go-to legal resource, particularly in real estate and criminal litigation, advising clients from various sectors and structuring high-value contracts for prestigious real estate projects.
